Ingredients

  • rice noodles - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), boiled
  • vegetables - 14 oz (400 g), chopped (peppers, carrots, cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts)
  • shrimp - 3.5 oz (100 g), boiled
  • chicken - 3.5 oz (100 g), meat, boiled
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ginger - 1 small piece
  • spices - Chinese five - spice powder
  • phyllo pastry - 8 - 10
  • soya sauce
  • eggs - 1, beaten
  • for the sauce
  • ketchup - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • white wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • ginger - 1 small piece
  • powdered sugar - 1 pinch

Preparation

Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets, smear them with some egg.

Fill each phyllo pastry sheet with a mixture of noodles, vegetables, shrimp, chicken meat, Chinese five-spice powder, garlic, ginger and soya sauce.

Wrap into rolls, smear them with a little egg and bake 20-25 min. Mix the products for the sauce and serve it with the rolls.find similar recipes here
