Buns with Green Onions

  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • yeast - 3/4 tsp, dried
  • green onions - 3 bunches
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil


Mix together all of the dry products, mix and pour the water into them.

Knead a soft dough, cover it and leave it for several minutes. Transfer it to a bowl, cover and put in a warm area for 45 min.

Roll out the dough into a thin crust. Smear it with the oil and sprinkle it with the finely chopped green parts of the onions. Wrap into a roll and cut it into 6 parts.

Press on them slightly to get flattened buns, transfer them to a warm area and leave them for 30 min.
