Ingredients

  • cabbages - 17.5 oz (500 g), fresh
  • carrots - 2, medium
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • vinegar - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Chop the cabbage with a large, sharp knife into thin pieces. Salt (eyeball it) and crush it with your hands until it softens.

Add the pre-grated carrots and chopped parsley on top. Salt lightly once again.

Season the cabbage salad with vinegar and oil to taste and stir. Serve it after it has sat for about 30 min.find similar recipes here
