"A fragrant trout, roasted in foil with a bouquet of spices!"

Ingredients

  • trout - 2, cleaned
  • lemons - juice of 1
  • white wine - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • oregano - 1 tbsp, dried
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch, chopped
  • oil
  • salt

How to make

Put the pre-cleaned fish in a suitable container, salt and pour on the lemon juice. Cover the container and leave it in the marinade for at least 1 night.

Arrange the fish in a pre-buttered tray. Season them with oregano and black pepper, cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 min. in a preheated 390°F (200 °C). Remove the foil and crisp the fish for another 5 min. with just the top element or on a grill.

Serve the fish with a salad of your choice, sprinkled generously with parsley.
