Chop the salad coarsely. Cut the fish into pieces. Chop the dill finely.

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the salt and dill and make small balls from the mixture. Put them in a plate and leave them for 20 min. in the fridge.

Squeeze the lemon juice out. Mix it with the olive oil and beat for 4 min.

Put the Iceberg lettuce and pieces of fish in a large plate, put the cottage cheese balls on top and pour the dressing over everything.find similar recipes here
