Ingredients

  • salmon - 21 oz (600 g), smoked
  • lemons - 2
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • iceberg lettuce - 1
  • cottage cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • dill - 3 bunches

How to make

Chop the salad coarsely. Cut the fish into pieces. Chop the dill finely.

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the salt and dill and make small balls from the mixture. Put them in a plate and leave them for 20 min. in the fridge.

Squeeze the lemon juice out. Mix it with the olive oil and beat for 4 min.

Put the Iceberg lettuce and pieces of fish in a large plate, put the cottage cheese balls on top and pour the dressing over everything.
