Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)
  • for the glaze
  • honey - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • parsley - 2 tbsp
  • oregano - 1 tbsp, fresh
  • thyme - 1 tbsp, fresh
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup (120 ml), white
  • ketchup - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Rinse the pork ribs and dry them with paper towels.

Soak them for several hours in a mixture of the spices and vinegar, then drain and bake them about 30 min. in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.

In the meantime, mix the honey with the ketchup and dissolve on low heat.

Smear the ribs with the resulting mixture and bake another 5 min. in the oven.

Serve with a garnish of fresh salad and well chilled white wine.find similar recipes here
