Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 5 tbsp, melted
  • eggs - 1
  • water - 2/3 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Pour the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and stir. Mix the water, egg and 2 tbsp of the butter in a small bowl.

Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir, and if necessary add more water.

Divide the resulting dough in 3 parts. Cover them with a towel and leave them to rest for 30 min. Heat the oven to 370°F (190 °C).
