Potato Flan with Ham and Mozzarella

Cut the ham and smoked cheese into cubes. Cut the mozzarella finely and drain it. Peel the potatoes, boil and mash them. To the puree, add the egg, salt and half the parmesan.

Stir and add the ham, smoked cheese and mozzarella. Stir the mixture once again. Smear a tray with a part of the butter and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs.

Distribute the potato mixture on top and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan and arrange several pieces of butter on top.

Bake 15 min. at 356°F (180 °C), then turn up the oven to 392°F (200 °C) and bake the flan another 15 min. Take it out, let it cool 15 min. and serve.find similar recipes here
