  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 31.5 oz (900 g), peeled and chopped
  • chicken broth - 2 cups
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 2 tbsp
  • water - 1/4 cup
  • black pepper
  • corn flour - 2 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1

How to make

Heat the butter and fry the onions. Add the garlic and fry 1 more min., remove from the stove.

Heat the oil and fry the diced pork. Take them out of the pot and pour in the white wine.
