How to make
Cut the baguettes into round slices and smear each of them with butter.
Cut the sausage into thin slices, halve the tomatoes. Fold the sausage slices into an accordion shape and place them on the bread slices.
Then put a tomato and olive on top. Pierce the bites with toothpicks or appetizer picks.
Serve the ready bites in a platter or suitable plates. Decorate with lettuce or other greens if desired.
