"Ever since we found the Four Cheese Sauce, we`ve had no qualms about using it on all kinds of meat, besides on pasta."

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4
  • blue cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • gouda - 2 oz (50 g)
  • goat cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • processed cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • savory
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

Wash and dry the prepared steaks, then tenderize them with a mallet. Mix them with the listed spices or other aromatic herbs and leave them to take in their fragrance.

Cook them well on a grill on both sides and then sprinkle with the grated cheeses right away. Arrange them in a container and close it with a lid, so the cheeses melt.

If you'd rather have the cheeses baked you can put the dish in a preheated oven for several min. Sprinkle the cooked steaks with chopped parsley and serve.
