"We`ve got warm buns waiting for us at the table. We`re gonna eat some, while you can write the recipe down!"

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • milk - 2 1/5 cups (550 ml)
  • pork lard - 1 cup
  • yeast - 1 packet, dry
  • breadcrumbs - 1 packet
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch

How to make

Heat the milk. Mix it with the yeast, spices and half the pork lard. Pour the result into the sifted flour and knead a dough.

Leave it for 30 min., then divide it into balls. Dip each one heated oil, roll it in breadcrumbs and arrange in a buttered tray.

Put the tray with arranged buns in a preheated oven and bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.
