Ingredients

  • broccoli - 17.5 oz (500 g), frozen
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • butter - 5 tbsp
  • parmesan - 3 oz (80 g)
  • black pepper
  • lemons - 1
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt

How to make

Saute the broccoli just enough to thaw it. Arrange in a tray, then put the slices of butter on top.

Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, pour in the milk and finish off with the parmesan.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until the parmesan melts. Serve with slices of lemon.
