Ingredients

  • pumpkins - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • condensed milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • honey - 4 tablespoons
  • powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons
  • rum - 1 tsp
  • for the decoration
  • cream - 1 spray can

How to make

Wash the pumpkin, peel and cut it into pieces. Arrange on a paper baking tray and bake in preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.

Blend and mix the pumpkin with warm condensed milk, honey, sugar, sour cream and rum. Stir until you get a smooth cream. Distribute into cups and put in the refrigerator to set.

Serve decorated with whipped cream.
