Ingredients

  • potatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • cream - 2 tablespoons
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • yeast - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

Preparation

Boil, peel and smash the potatoes into a puree. Allow it to cool for half an hour. Dilute the yeast in a little hot water and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Add the salt, eggs, flour, sugar and cream and mix well. Use the dough to make balls and drop them in boiling oil. Fry until golden and serve hot or cold.
