Ingredients

  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • corn flour - 3 tablespoons
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • sour cream - 1/2 pot
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 4 yolks

Preparation

Beat the separated yolks with the brown sugar and butter. Add the flour in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Similarly, add the vanilla and the milk.

Put the resulting mixture on the stove and stir on low heat until thickened. When the cream reaches the desired density, remove it, let it cool for a few minutes and pour into cups or bowls.
