Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • butter - 3 tablespoons
  • liquid cream - 1 cup

How to make

The flour and powdered sugar are mixed, then the baking powder is added. Mix well. Add the beaten egg and butter and finally add the cream.

The mixture is stirred well and then the dough is kneaded. Allow to warm for 30 minutes. Roll out a very thin crust and cut out circles or squares.

Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper, and bake for 15 minutes at 430°F (220 °C). Take out and leave it to cool on a wire rack.
