Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • mushrooms - 2/3 cup, cut
  • olives - 1 handful of black
  • tomatoes - 6 tablespoons canned
  • worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • chili - 1 tablespoon, sauce
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • basil
  • sesame oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the spaghetti and drain it. In a pot, first cook the chopped onion and then the chopped mushrooms. Add the chopped olives and ham.

Add the tomatoes, sprinkle with the dry and liquid condiments. Stir and remove from the heat. Distribute the pasta into 4 bowls.

Place a little of the spicy sauce in each dish. Sprinkle it with parmesan and serve.
