Economical Ginger Cookies

  • biscuits - 7 oz (200 g), plain
  • honey - 3 tablespoons
  • butter - 1 1/2 packets
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • coconut flakes - 4 large packs, for rolling in


Blend the biscuits into a powder. Add the melted butter, honey and ginger to them.

Optionally, you can add a little water, too. Mix, and form small pellets from the resulting cookie dough. Roll them in the coconut flakes, which you've further crushed up in a food chopper.
