- fusilli - 1 package
- emmental - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- chutney - 4/5 cup (200 g) chunky
- red onions - 1 head
- olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- garlic - 2 cloves
- paprika
- curry
- black pepper
- basil
measuresHow to make
Cook the pasta according to package directions, rinse it with cold water and place it in a colander to drain.
Chop the onions and garlic and saute them in olive oil. When tender, add the pasta and spices to them. Remove from the heat and mix with pieces of emmental and chutney.
Serve while still warm.
