Ingredients

  • sunflower seeds - 2/3 cup (150 g), or pumpkin ones
  • sesame seeds - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) fresh
  • oats - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • brown sugar - 2 tablespoons (or use stevia)
  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • vanilla - 1 packet, or use almond extract
  • dates - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) and / or raisins

Preparation

1. Heat the oven to 320°F (160 °C) with the fan on.

2. Mix the sunflower and sesame seeds, oats and dates (finely chopped).

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar, honey and vanilla.

4. Place the two mixtures in a suitable dish and mix them well.

5. Cover a tray with baking paper and shape biscuits.
