Ingredients

  • chili peppers - as many as you like
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 3 tablespoons

How to make

Wash the chili peppers well and put them on a heated stove until they begin to crackle. Once roasted on one side, turn to the other.

When they are ready, remove from the heat, cut them through the middle and put them in a shallow dish. Cut the garlic finely and put it over the peppers.

Add the salt, oil, dill and vinegar and roll the peppers in marinade well. This is an ideal and fast appetizer for any meal :)
