"Unique potatoes with a garlic sauce. They are just divine. Ever since we saw them weve been wanting to share them with you"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • parsley
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g) smoked
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill
  • for the topping
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into small cubes. Fry them in the butter with the chopped onions and smoked bacon. Add salt, black pepper and parsley to taste.

Leave the mixture to cool and then mash it with a fork. Form it into balls and serve with the garlicky yoghurt.

Heat some oil and add paprika to it. Gently pour it over the dish. Serve with chopped dill.
