Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • water - 4 cups
  • apples - 6, sweet
  • biscuits - 2 cups, crushed
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • jam - flavor of your choice, for decoration

Preparation

Boil the rice in lightly salted water and leave it to fully absorb the water. Wash the apples and after you cut off their tops, carve them out and remove their seeds.

Finely chop the carved out insides of the apples and knead them with the crushed biscuits and rice, add cinnamon and stuff the apples with this mixture.

Put them in a buttered baking dish and bake in a hot oven at 392°F (200 °C) for 30 minutes. When cool, decorate them with a jam of your choice.find similar recipes here
