Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • pickles - 1 jar
  • olives
  • salt
  • curry
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Once they are done, mash them and add a little of the water in which they were boiled.

The goal is to get a puree that is thick enough to be able to shape it. Add the chopped onion, crumbled feta cheese, chopped olives, mayonnaise and spices.

After mixing thoroughly, put the mixture into a plate in the shape of a pufferfish and decorate it with pickles.
