Ingredients

  • dried fruits - by choice (for example, raisins, cherries, etc.).
  • walnuts - ground
  • biscuits - plain
  • carob flour - or cocoa
  • oat flakes
  • coconut flakes
  • rum - or other alcohol by choice

Preparation

Soak the dried fruits in the alcohol for about 6 hours, then put into a blender. Add the crushed biscuits, nuts, oat flakes, and flour and blend.

Use the finished mixture to make balls, roll them into coconut flakes.

Optionally, you can put a walnut inside each.
