Preparation

Wash and slice the meat and vegetables. Saute the meat in the butter with a little water, then boil until tender.

Add the potatoes, carrots, peppers, cauliflower and onions and leave them to boil for another 10 minutes.

Finally, add the tomatoes. Boil the soup finished on low heat and once ready, take it off the stove.

Blend once cooled down a bit.
