Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 1 head (about 2 lb (1 kg))
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), grated
  • salt
  • oil

Preparation

Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets and boil it in salted water. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place in a greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt, flour, salt and grated cheese. Pour half of the thus obtained sauce onto the cauliflower, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add the remaining sauce.

Bake the dish in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven, until golden in color.find similar recipes here
