Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg), ham or shoulder
  • onions - 3 heads
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • prunes - 3.5 oz (100 g), dried
  • peanuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Cut the meat into slices and fry in preheated oil in a skillet until whitened. Remove them, then in the same skillet braise the onions for about 5 minutes.

Add the peanuts and dried prunes, cut ahead of time, and leave it on low heat. Put baking paper in an oven dish and add the pork and onions with peanuts and prunes.

Add the crumbled feta cheese and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 45 minutes.
