Ingredients

  • jam - 1 cup, flavor of your choice
  • water - 1 cup, cold
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 packet

How to make

In a bowl, mix the jam and water. Add the sugar, oil and flour sifted with baking powder.

Mix well and put the mixture into a suitable baking form (I used a silicone one). Bake the cake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 40 minutes.

Allow it to cool for a few minutes and place it in a suitable plate.
