Ingredients

  • yeast - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • milk - 1 cup
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml) cool
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • lard salami - 7 oz (200 g)
  • walnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sesame seeds - 1 tsp

Preparation

Put the yeast in the water with the sugar and leave it for 10 minutes. Then add the flour along with the other products and make a medium soft dough. Leave it in a warm place to double its volume in about 40 minutes.

Cut the salami into cubes, chop the walnuts with a knife. Knead them into the dough and leave to rest in a round baking dish greased with oil, for another 20 minutes. Spread the top with oil and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for a little more than half an hour. Take the finished bread out and cool on a cooking grid. Then cut it and serve.
