"A quick French casserole with feta, eggs and roasted peppers. You`ll be licking your fingers."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • peppers - 15, roasted
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Peel the roasted peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.

Beat the eggs, mix them with the crumbled feta cheese and peppers. Add the chopped parsley, a little salt, black pepper and oil. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 25-30 minutes. Quick and delicious!
