Ingredients

  • biscuits - 5, breakfast type
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • starch - 1 cup
  • jam - 5 tablespoons, apricot
  • sugar - 3 tsp

Preparation

Boil the milk and to it add the sugar and starch diluted with a little cold water. Stir constantly until thickened and take it off from the heat.

Add the crushed biscuits and apricot jam. Stir well and distribute the cream into bowls. Consume after cooling.
