- for the dough
- flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
- yeast - 1/2 cube
- salt - 1 tablespoon
- sugar - 2 tsp
- water - cool, about 2 cups (500 ml)
- for the forming mixture
- butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
- oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- for the topping
- eggs - 3
- oil - 3 tablespoons
- feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)

Knead a soft dough from the ingredients for it and let it rise. Form the finished dough into small balls and dip them in the oily forming mixture.
Arrange the balls in a greased oven dish. Allow them to rise again. Make the topping by mixing the eggs, oil and crumbled feta cheese and pour it on the buns.
Leave the buns to rise for about 5-6 minutes and bake at 300°F (150 °C) until ready.
