Ingredients

  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • water – 1 1/5 cups (300 ml), cool
  • yeast - 1/2 packet, dry
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • olives - 8
  • green onions - 3 sprigs

Preparation

To the flour, add the yeast that's been diluted in the water, the oil and salt. Stir well.

Pour it into shape and allow it to double its volume. On top, add the finely chopped olives and green onions.
