Ingredients

  • onions - 1 head
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g), or use white chicken fillet
  • tomato sauce - 1 2/3 cups (400 g), or 5 - 6 fresh large tomatoes
  • cheese
  • olives - optional
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • spaghetti - 1/2 package
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • eggs - 4 or as many as you like, boiled

Preparation

Fry your onions and minced meat / chicken for 10-15 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, olives and spices. Leave to boil for about 10 minutes.

Break the pasta and add it to the pan, add a little water. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
