Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 white fillet, butterfly chicken
  • carrots - 1
  • onions - 1 head or a few sprigs of fresh onions
  • peppers - 1
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • savory
  • salt
  • water - 3 cups (700 ml)
  • vermicelli
  • spice mix - veggie mix for chicken
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 1 yolk

How to make

Boil the meat and remove the foam. Cut the meat into small pieces and braise it well.

Add all the vegetables, fry for another 5 minutes. Add water and all the spices, you can use a little of the broth. Boil until ready.

Add the vermicelli. Make a thickening agent from the egg yolk and yoghurt and add it, leave it to boil until the soup is ready.
