Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - ½ package
  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - ½ pot
  • baking soda
  • leeks - 3 sprigs
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)

How to make

Cut and fry the leeks until soft. Add the crumbled feta cheese. Beat the eggs, yoghurt and baking soda.

Sprinkle both leek and egg mixtures onto the phyllo pastry. Make a roll and arrange in a circle in your baking dish. Top with pieces of butter.

Bake at 390°F (200˚C) for 45 minutes.
