  • mackerel - 4 fish
  • onions - 3 heads, old
  • tomatoes - 1 jar
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • allspice - 10 grains
  • olives - 10
  • bay leaf - 3
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • oil - 5 tbsp

How to make

Remove the innards of the fish and wash them. In heated oil, saute the chopped onion and garlic, salt, black pepper.
