  • oil - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp, freshly squeezed
  • eggs - 2, fresh, medium sized
  • salt - 1 - 2 pinches

How to make

Find a narrow and tall container in which to make the mayonnaise. Put the oil and eggs in it, then add the spices.

Put the hand blender on high and submerge it to the bottom of the container. Blend for 8 seconds and slowly pull it up. You'll soon find that your mayonnaise is ready.

If you don't like its consistency, you can adjust it with a little oil. And if you'd like for the mayonnaise to have a more interesting taste, you can add other spices to it.
