  • zucchini - 2, medium
  • oil
  • salt

  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • green garlic - 2 bunches
  • parsley - 2 - 3 bunches
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • wine vinegar - 6 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

First prepare the marinade. In a bowl with a lid, finely chop the green garlic, parsley and dill, garlic cloves or press them and add them to the bowl also. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

Clean and wash the zucchini, then cut them lengthwise into slices. Heat a grill or grill pan. In a bowl, add the cut zucchini and sprinkle lightly with a little oil and salt, stir and arrange them on the grill.

Once they're baked on all sides, take them out, put them in the bowl with the marinade and close the lid. Leave them for at least 20 min. to marinate. Open the bowl periodically and stir or just shake the bowl well.
