Ingredients

  • peppers - 1 yellow, sliced + 1 red, sliced
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 4, peeled and cut
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g), thinly sliced
  • cream - 3/4 cup, full fat
  • farfalle - 2 cups (500 g)
  • parmesan - 2 oz (60 g)
  • basil - fresh leaves, for decoration

How to make

Braise the vegetables in the olive oil for about 10-15 min., add the tomatoes as well.

Once the sauce thickens, add the cream.

Boil the farfalle in salted, boiling water until fully cooked.

Strain them and transfer them over to the sauce. Sprinkle with the parmesan, stirring a little.
