Ingredients

  • cabbages - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt - 2 pinches

Preparation

Cut the cabbage into long thin strips. Braise them lightly in half the butter on low heat.

Add hot water and salt. Once the water completely evaporates, add the remaining butter.

Saute for 4 min. - it's then ready to serve.
