  • fettuccine - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • gorgonzola - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • vermouth - 2 tbsp, dry
  • corn flour - 1 tsp
  • salvia - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the pasta. In the meantime, melt the butter. Add the Gorgonzola and stir for several min., until it melts.
