Ingredients

  • almonds - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • coconut flakes - 1 1/2 cups (370 g)
  • condensed milk - 1 4/5 cups (420 ml)

Preparation

Heat the condensed milk in a pot with a nonstick coating. I buy sweetened condensed milk but if yours isn't, add sugar according to your taste preferences.

Next, before it comes to a boil, add the vanilla and coconut flakes (1 cup (250 g)), stir until you get a dough, reduce the stove to a minimum.

Once it's ready, leave it to cool. When the dough cools, form round balls with your hands, placing an almond in the middle of each (they need to be raw, unsalted).

Once you're out of dough, roll the bonbons in the remaining coconut flakes.

In my case, since they wouldn't stick well, I decided to dip them in a little in cold water right before I rolled them in the flakes and I got the desired result.

Easy, quick and tasty! Bon appetit!find similar recipes here
