Ingredients

  • penne - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • broccoli - 12.5 oz (350 g), rosettes
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • milk - 3 cups (700 ml)
  • goat cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • basil - 14 leaves
  • salmon - 4 fillets, smoked
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • parmesan - for sprinkling

Preparation

Braise the flour in the butter until pink. Add the milk, salt to taste, black pepper and stir nonstop until you get a smooth and thick sauce.

Take it off the stove, add the broccoli and crumbled goat cheese. Boil the pasta according to package directions, add the broccoli during the last 5 min. of boiling.

Cut the salmon fillets in 2 and cover the bottom of the baking form with them. Pour in the pasta and broccoli and pour on the sauce.

Sprinkle the dish with parmesan and bake in a preheated oven until fully ready.find similar recipes here
