Ingredients

  • farfalle - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • broccoli - 4 cups, rosettes
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • butter - 4 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves, finely chopped
  • anchovies - 5 fillets, diced
  • chili - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • parmesan - 1/2 tsp grated

How to make

Boil the farfalle in salted, boiling water. After about 5 min., add the broccoli, leave it on the heat for 4 min., then strain but leave about 1 tbsp of the water they boiled in.

In the meantime, braise the garlic, anchovy (or salmon) fillets and chili for about 5 min. and add them to the pasta and broccoli. Salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

If necessary, add some of the water in which you boiled the pasta. Transfer the dish to a suitable serving plate and serve with the grated parmesan.
