Ingredients

  • biscuits - 8 oz (225 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (65 g), melted
  • dark chocolate - 8 oz (225 g)
  • white chocolate - 8 oz (225 g)
  • cream cheese - 1 cup (240 g)
  • cream - 2 cups (500 g)
  • brown sugar - 4/5 cup (175 g)

How to make

Oil a baking form. Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, then put this layer into the form. Melt the 2 types of chocolate in separate bowls. Combine the cream cheese, cream, sugar and eggs and beat them until you get a smooth mixture.

Divide them in 2, mix 1 part with the dark chocolate and the other with the white. Pour half of the white mixture onto the biscuit layer, then pour in the dark mixture and finish off with the remaining white chocolate.

Make swirls on the cheesecake with a toothpick in order to get a nice marble effect. Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven for 50 min.
