Ingredients

Preparation

Beat the sugar, oil and eggs with a mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Mix the flour, baking soda, lemon rind, salt and nutmeg by hand.

Combine the 2 mixtures, add the carrots and walnuts and stir well.

Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 45 min.
